Liensinine Perchlorate is a constituent of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn, with ani-hypertension and anti-cancer activities. Liensinine Perchlorate induces colorectal cancer (CRC) cell apoptosis^[1]. IC50 & Target: IC50: apoptosis^[1] In Vitro: Liensinine Perchlorate is found to induce apoptosis and exert a significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation and colony-forming ability of CRC cells in a dose-dependent manner without any observed cytotoxicity on normal colorectal epithelial cells^[1].
