Introduction of 1977-07-7 :
Deschloroclozapine is a potent and selective chemogenetic actuator. Deschloroclozapine is a dual dopamine and serotonin receptor antagonist with Kis of 200, 2500, 420, 39, 84, 40 nM for dopamine D1, D2,D4, and serotonin S2A, S2C, S3, respectively[1]. Deschloroclozapine is also a selective, high-affinity, metabolically stable, and brain-penetrable Designer Receptors Exclusively Activated by Designer Drug (DREADD) agonist[2]. IC50 & Target: Ki: 200 nM (Dopamne D1), 2500 nM (Dopamne D2), 420 nM (Dopamne D4), 39 nM (Serotonin S2A), 84 nM (Serotonin S2C), 200 nM (Serotonin S3)[1]
